remedy is to keep cutting the toe thumb preventing from growing inside also keep scraping the dead skin from the nail peripherey, and wait for the toe thum to straighten this may take about three months

try to cut it. If that doesn't work go see your doctor. I had an ingrown toenail last year so he referred me to a specialist. They froze my toe, cut the nail and then scratched away the nail bed on both sides of the nail so it wouldn't grow as close to the skin next time. and '; ingrown toenail '; i would suggest
going to the footdoctor, as for it can become
very painful, and at one point they won't even
be able to fix it anymore. goodluck =/
cut the nail, its ingrowing, if u cant do it yourself go to the doctors :) else it can get infected
