I had old chipping nail polish on and i was out in the sun and when i eventually took off the nail polish, it looks like it tanned the skin under my nails, or pinkish, and where the nail polish was, its white.Can the skin under the nail tan?
no it cant tan.
The nail protects it from the sun most of the time...of course that's not the nails purpose...Can the skin under the nail tan?
UV rays turn nails yellow so no the skin under it doesn't tan.
Yes it can because nails are clear so UV rays can pass through them! =)
No, they don't tan. Its probably just staining from the polish.
