i bought some at wal*mart today, i was hoping they would help my hair grow quicker. i read the bottle and now i'm not even sure what they really do. haha has anyone taken them?

They are probably just a basic multivitamin and mineral supplement, but will cost you more money because they are marketing them specifically for hair and nails.Hair skin %26amp; nail supplements?
Are they pills? I'm not so sure about those, I'd ask a doctor.
