Do the {Nature's Bounty} Hair, Skin, & Nails vitamins really work?

I'm trying to grow my hair out and I decided to get these multivitamins called Hair, Skin, %26amp; Nails (from Nature's Bounty)

I'm actually in the process of taking them right now.


i just started taking them 3 days ago %26amp;nd my nails is growing strong %26amp;nd freakishly fast (which is good because i bite my nails)


we';ll see what happens with the hair.

Yes, they work; longer hair, softer skin, and longer nails. BUT there is a catch, you cannot control where the hair grows. It won't just grow on your hair, grows everywhere hair is (arms, legs, upper lip especially, even the private hair!)
Well for women I know prenatal vitamins really do work. And in health food stores selenium works for the hair and nails. Also at salons that offer ';high frequency'; treatments this helps promote hair growth
