Yes it works!! I bought some vitamins from HSN for hair, nails and skin and it does wonders.. My hair and nails are fine but I really noticed my face looked better (no more blemishes!!)Does the hair, nails, and skin vitamins that you find in your local drug store realy work?
I take a regular multi vitamin...drink a good amount of water in a day....and take BIOTIN...yes it reeaallly does work. Good Luck
I've used a vitamin from Hsn, shopping channel that works wonders, it's for hair nails and skin. I've never tried the ones from the stores.

YES! They work. And I know that because my mother makes me take them. I instantly noticed my skin became clear. Before my nails were brittle and now they are strong and grow alot faster. I haven't really seen any changes in my hair but who knows? It's only been a couple weeks since I started, it might need more time.
i haven't tried them but my cousin used them and she said they really work and her hair and nails do look longer and healthier
well i dont know about the skin ones, but i take hair vitamins. they make my hair grow alot ! they actually really work. i used to have hair that was at about my chin, and now its in the middle of my back.
