Hair, Skin & Nail vitamins?

I've been considering buying some vitamins for a while as my skin is getting me down, but do they really work?

If so, which brands do you reccommend? ThanksHair, Skin %26amp; Nail vitamins?
Yes they do.

The best vitamins proven for Hair, Skin %26amp; Nail are:

Vit. A and E(antioxidant).

Choose a vitamin which are richly containing them but avoid over dosage.Hair, Skin %26amp; Nail vitamins?
Don't waste your money on a vitamin that you are just going to put in the toilet. Most vitamins just get filtered by your kidneys and wasted by your body. The problem is the size of the vitamins particles, they are to large to get utilized by your cells and to large to get maximally absorbed by your body. Check out GXL and N-Fuze

Get the best and get the only one that uses ';Nanotechnology'; the smallest particles know to man. www.livelong.maxtrax4u.com

Here鈥檚 what Max N-Fuze鈩?offers:

Promotes the production of the body鈥檚 natural cellular functions, including the endogenous antioxi-dants (originating from within the body) superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT); as well as supporting leptin sensitivity.*

Provides needed nutrients to further optimize glutathione (GSH) production.*

Delivers both minerals and herbal ingredients to support optimal cell function, cellular communication and cellular defense mechanisms.*

I would recommend Isotonix OPC-3 Beauty Blend

http://www.marketamerica.com/lcbeauty/in鈥?/a>

Primary benefit:

formulated to promote skin elasticity,

support healthy collagen production,

replenish essential vitamins and minerals for the skin, and provide the skin and body with improved antioxidant defenses.

contain some of the finest antioxidants available today including grape seed extract, red wine extract, bilberry extract, citrus bioflavanoids and Pycnogenol庐(pine bark extract).

These super antioxidants not only work to keep the skin healthy and beautiful, but also provide free radical scavenging abilities which are beneficial in a world filled with smog, pollution and other various unseen toxins.

Remember, free radicals are No. 1 skin killer, it's what cause aging. Collagen are within the skin to give us smooth skin. But collagen production decreased by aging and free radical damages. So the root of problem is not to replenish collagen but to protect your body from free radical damages.

I would only recommend Isotonix line whenever it is available because it's the only isotonic form of supplements in the market that provides superior absorption rate that other form cannot beat.

In order to form pills, filling, additives needs to be added, these are waste to our body and increase digestion time.

In additions, no matter if we drink, eat or take pills, everything need to be broken down into isotonic solution in our stomach first before our body can absorb. Stomach is very high acidic, thus most of the nutrients are destroyed in our stomach before reaching small intestine for absorption. So with pill form, you are looking for absorption rate of about 10 to 40% depending on our body's digestion ability and the ingredients to form the pills. Please keep in mind that human's digestion ability decease by age.

With Isotonix line, since it's in isotonic form by adding certain amount of water to one capful of powder (it tastes great too!), vitamin won't stay in stomach and will go to intestine within 5 minutes so you are looking for absorption rate of 90% and higher, higher absorption rate even compare to IV injection.

No filling or binding are added to the Isotonix line so you are guarantee to have best potency for the vitamin you take.

Yes you can buy cheap vitamins, but if it doesn't help to adjust the issues, you are wasting your money no matter how small amount. With Isotonix, it's high absorption and high potency for the body, thus making every penny worth it. So do your own research and invest for the supplements that provide the best value for your body not the price tag.
this is in addition to what has been answered already. i felt it was important so i wanted to add it in.

make sure you check the ones you decide to use are compatible.

i found out that not only do some vitamins counteract each other, they can cause damage if combined incorrectly.

ask a pharmacist, a nurse, a doctor, check the internet...

just make sure you are not causing more problems with what you choose.

vitamins are great! i fully agree and use quite a few myself for many things, but my doc told me what to use so i would not do that to myself. i was earlier without even knowing it. i got lucky and did no real damage but looking back...i could have really hurt myself without even realizing it.

if you look at the bottles at the stores a lot of them tell you what their gimmick is and what it does. check the dosage amounts - check how often they are to be used a day, how many at a time... that kind of thing.

remember, each company/product will promote theirs as the best and you will need it no matter what.

b.s.

you can decide if you need it or not or ask a non-biased person in the medical field.

a lot of vitamins will do a lot of things. there are the multiple ones that do almost everything to a smaller degree. there are ones that are specific to a certain function. there are 'natural' ones and non-natural ones.... blah blah.
omega 3 !!
vitamin b is good for all the things you mentioned.
